What can cause my exchange to be rejected?
Exchanges may be rejected if the products are not in their original condition, if they have been used, or if the intact tags and packaging are not included.

To which countries do you ship?
At the moment, we only ship within Mexico. We are working to expand our shipping options to other countries in the future.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can view the status of your package in real-time.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@cocodimare.mx. We will do our best to adjust it, but please note that once the order has been processed, no changes can be made.
