To make an exchange, contact us at customercare@cocodimare.mx or call us at 9997704509 and send the product back to us. We only accept exchanges within 15 days of receiving the product. Once we receive the product, we will send you the new product. Shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. We can provide you with our shipping labels, which will arrive by mail once payment has been made via transfer.
